Joe Wilson

Joe brings 40 years of experience and knowledge to The Elite Team Agency. He owned and ran his own real estate firm – East Tennessee Land and Development – for 30 years. He has developed many large residential subdivisions in our area, including Sawyer’s Pond, Strawberry Fields, and Willow’s Ridge. He is a partner in the development of Shadden Springs – a premier new development in Gray.

Joe knows this area well. He has lived, worked and invested his talents in Johnson City his entire life. You can be assured that he will work diligently on your behalf to help you buy, sell or build the home of your dreams. Dylan Holly

Dylan Holly has been a licensed real estate professional since 2015, bringing nearly a decade of expertise to East Tennessee’s thriving real estate market. Right after graduating, Dylan began his career with a focus on resales and new construction, quickly establishing himself as a dedicated and knowledgeable agent.

Shortly after starting in real estate, Dylan partnered with Jason Day to co-found The Elite Team, a group committed to providing exceptional service for clients looking to buy, sell, or build. Over the years, Dylan has played a pivotal role in the development and sale of some of the region’s most recognized residential and multifamily communities, helping to shape the landscape of East Tennessee.

Jason Day

Mr. Jason Day is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience as the owner of Jason Day Construction Company, specializing in the development of single-family homes, multi-family dwellings, and commercial properties in Washington County, Tennessee.

In addition to his successful construction ventures, Mr. Day has actively contributed to the community as the Chairman of the Washington County School Board Committee and the Director of the Homeowners Association.

Mr. Day is now in the process of developing five apartment developments in East Tennessee. Including places such as Jonesborough, Johnson City, Blountville, and Bristol Tennessee. With several residential neighborhoods completed, his goal is to now grow his rental portfolio in East Tennessee and beyond.

Bekah Howell

Bekah is a dedicated affiliate broker with years of experience in real estate, working alongside her husband, Jeff, a skilled builder. Together, they lead JS Howell Custom Homes, a thriving business known for its integrity and excellence. Bekah holds a master’s degree from East Tennessee State University and graduated in the Top 10% of Cadets nationwide in the United States Army Officers School. With a strong background in sales and a proven track record, she excels in building meaningful client relationships and creating tailored solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. Known for her professionalism and commitment to excellence, Bekah is a trusted partner in achieving real estate and custom home-building goals.

Bryan Sangid, CCIM

Bryan has been an affiliate broker since 2009. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from the University of South Carolina at Aiken, where he also earned a NCAA National Championship Title in golf.

Bryan grew up in East Tennessee and spent a majority of his professional career in the Tri-Cities. Bryan has extensive knowledge in the Tri-Cities commercial real estate market and focuses on retail, office, industrial and land sectors.

He previously served on the NorthEast Tennessee/SouthWest Virginia Fellowship of Christian Athletes Board and the City of Johnson City Golf Advisory Committee.

Bryan is a Commercial Certified Investment Member (CCIM), a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and a member of the NorthEast Tennessee Association of REALTORS®.
